The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 50,040, an increase of 15 since May 29.

West Berkshire’s seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 68.8 with 109 cases in the last seven days.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 364,900 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of May 29.

The first dose total is 131,577 while 126,891 people in the district have received a second dose, and 106,432 people have received a booster dose or third dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 22,238,713.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 177,977.
